Cancellation Policy

The booking fee paid in order to reserve your slot is non refundable. However, we do understand that things pop up out of the blue, especially with little ones & busy family life! The booking fee paid is fully transferable to another date/time for your convenience. Simply drop us an email at kathdphotography@gmail.com to reschedule your booking. Please try to give 24 hours notice where possible. After 2 rescheduled slots have been issued with less than 24 hours notice, a new booking fee with have to be paid in order to reschedule again.
